Warwick has vast management and board level experience in private organizations operating in the engineering, construction, infrastructure, offshore, and energy sectors.
Throughout his senior management appointments, Warwick has developed a strong track record of leading business transformations and driving growth.
Warwick holds Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering Science degrees from the School of Civil Engineering at the University of South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Warwick founded W Consultancy in Dubai in 2021 in order to provide sustainable business strategies to SMEs within the UAE and abroad.
Warwick is an active Member of the Board of Directors of BBR VT International Ltd, a Swiss technology provider, where he has served since June 2018.

Following his June 2018 appointment as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Spennteknikk International AS (SI), Warwick has provided substantial input through board and management roles throughout SI’s Scandinavian and central European manufacturing and specialized contracting operations from 2018 to date.
[SI is a holding company with 9 subsidiaries which collectively serve the Building, Wind Energy, Infrastructure, and Offshore sectors]
Prior to joining Spennteknikk, Warwick spent 17 years with SRG Limited, a publicly listed Australian Company and BBR Network Member, where he served as General Manager – Middle East from 2004 until 2018 and managed the provision of specialist prestressing and remedial subcontracting services to clients throughout the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain in the Building, Civil Infrastructure, and LNG/LPG sectors.
Earlier, Warwick led the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices of Meinhardt Group of consulting engineers from 1996 to 2000, securing and managing the delivery of Structural and Value Engineering services within the UAE construction sector.
